Your request is in. Here is what happens next.

A coordinator calls you within one business day, at the number you gave us.
If we are the right fit, we schedule an in-person clinical assessment, usually within the week.
You receive a written care plan to review with your family before anything begins.
Nothing is committed until you say yes to the plan.
If it is urgent, call us instead of waiting for the callback.
